EMEL KOŞAR

EMEL KOŞAR

The Sonnet I

the sorrow in your eyes are to familiar
in the walking nightmares
the season which time froze
the darkness is like a waste of dream

the sorrow in your eyes are to familiar
the sea which time kissed is messy
like the colour which reflected to the blood of word,
which sews it’s ripped

i think your heart over with my voice
i saw the fade away of your soul

TRANSLATED BY YASEMIN ÜŞÜMÜŞ

SONAT I
gözlerindeki keder çok tanıdık
yürüyen kâbuslarda
zamanın donduğu mevsim
rüya artığı resim gibi karanlık

gözlerindeki keder çok tanıdık
zamanın öptüğü deniz
sözün kanına yansıyan
söküğünü diken renk gibi dağınık

sesimle kalbini tarttım
ruhunun sönüşünü gördüm

The Sonnet II

you’re just value of your heart
past stain of the words
mark of the first sin
composed in your skin by me

TRANSLATED BY YASEMIN ÜŞÜMÜŞ

SONAT II
kalbinin ağırlığı kadarsın
sözlerin geçmiş lekesi
ilk günahın izini
teninde besteledim

ruhunun sönüşünü gördüm

The Sonnet III

you touched the time with your poem

the God calmed down
the letters used up
it was the magic of betrayal

trees which scatter with your look
were the disintegration of the mimosas
the price of fire
the fly of clouds

the eternity of your soul

TRANSLATED BY YASEMIN ÜŞÜMÜŞ

SONAT III
zamana şiirinle dokundun
Tanrı sakinleşti
harfler tükendi
ihanetin büyüsüydü

ruhunun sönüşü
