Like
the rain, love!
Like
the rain, you hit
you
get me wet
Like
the rain, I feel you
You
hurt me…
Like
the rain, cold,
silent
...
asleep
in the windows
on the
streets,
in the
bright inert
of a
store,
dripping
drops in my soul.
Your
rainy silence
of you
–always-
of my
longing
the
feel of you dripping
on the
glass
no
shine of my life.
Know
how to hear your voice
in the
silence,
understand
your sight
in the
void,
may
your love penetrate
as the
rain
drop
by drop.
Like
the rain love,
as the
rain!
Your Name
you
don’t
write
your name
where
you
write
and
the past seems
so
written in
the
eyes,
that
decipher your
boredom
of
far
away riddles.
Your
name
it is
not read where it is read
if nobody,
had
wrote it
as I
say
as I
keep quiet.
…The Absence
...
the scrambled bed
and
the cold footprint
of the
body,
the
lover,
the
warm aroma
that
stayed
on the
pillow
and of
the battle,
only
memory
hitting
rescue
two
glasses that change
they
tell me about the time
of the
wine
of
mouths
that
open
they
crossed without voices
strange
promises,
that
on the lips
without
any word,
like
blood
they
mix
and
next to the table a “bubble gum”
forgotten
tells
me
your
absence,
and
now suddenly
in
full awareness
the
wait begins
silent
slow,
than a
headset
finally
returns.

I know
because
he hides it
that
tight silence,
that
sometimes,
I
think I know
(even
if it is camouflaged)
that
in the "embrace" that you wrap me
you
find yourself busy
and
you try to do without
that
primary instinct
that
would announce
intact
feelings
simple
and irrefutable,
you
have "sneaked",
slowly,
inside
the bottom of your soul
of
one's own being,
that
escaping,
alter
the safe order,
of love
i n a
g o t a d o.
Guitar
The
guitar suddenly fell silent,
the
voices of their strings went out.
The
sounds shut up the throat
the
songs kept their words,
and
the silence extends with nostalgia.
The
voice stops, it's quiet,
doesn't
ride, blacks or whites.
The
flats, sharps and naturals
they
ink staves without destiny,
no
keys, no lonely bars,
let
them cradle the song in a vacuum.
Melodies
asleep on the fingers,
don't
play the dishes and the strings
and do
not incite voices for singing,
with
lost arpeggios and tremolos.
The
guitar and the voice are silent,
the
waves of sound don't ride.
Their
trills went out over time
the
voices and the songs were truncated
Memories
unleash silence.

NORMA
GARCÍA COIROLO, born in Río Branco,
Cerro Largo, Uruguay in 1947, studies drawing and painting at the UTU School of
Applied Arts and studies of lyric singing at the University School of Music.
Poet by vocation, writes since 1966, published for the first time in 2012, in
