Unity In Transcendence
I am a Brahma
Kamal unparalleled
a bloom in the
snow clad peaks
where the wonder
of colours shimmers
diffuses into
white transcendence
one pure soul
snuggled in many petals
the Painter's
brush in endless refractions
the dawn
gleaming in endless multi- hues
golden, red,
orange, purple and blue
unified spills
all in one white imbued ---
I am a singular
rose white and untarnished
laughing in
watery sprays of translucence
sprinkling joy
in plants of the garden
home of peace in
so many kaleidoscopes
the rivulets
shine with varied glows and tinges
flowers of
yellow and red in verdure of green hue
children from
diverse homes playing without rue--
I wonder at the
arch of the endless horizon
filled with
rain, sun and the bright rainbow
a sparkling
conglomerate of tints and chromes
a blended canopy
of the sky in unified weave
ballads and
ballets of nature in one symphony
hand in hand the
glimmers different interlink
the birds, bees
and beasts commingle with a clue
of one sonata
and one orchestra, a song we always knew.
Finding Harmony
In treading
through miles of
desert sands in
stretches arid
for a speck of
life and love
There was none
in ravaged homes
with scattered
corpses in this
rubble of a
bombarded civilization
Yet I kept going
in search of unity
across spectral
mirages with
stumbling
barriers of hate everywhere
All of a sudden,
I heard joyous jingles
of dancing feet
and tambourines
in an enclave of
togetherness
Of diverse
people celebrating harmony
in an oasis of
the promised land
with realization
having dawned at last
People at war
sharing the same testament
of faith beyond
the missiles and sand
In happy
symphony, blessed hand in hand.
