Their neighbourhood

solidified beyond their

diverse religious identities...

They have maintained all

years over years

on the tenets of humanity...

The afflictions of

the blazing revolution

based on Hippocratic

inhuman values

in the name of religion

have not yet reached

a mutual agreement...

These riots are

objectionable to them

They have experienced

how harmony is

more pleasurable

than the riots...

Swimming against the tide

sometimes seem more pleasing

nowadays...

They solely hum the hum of humanity

They are exemplary of

Unity in diversity

In forests deep where trees entwine

Diversity reigns yet harmony divine

Each branch unique yet interconnected too

A testament to unity shining through

 

The river flows a winding stream

Merging waters a symphony serene

Different tributaries each with its own tale

Blending together without a single fail

 

The mountains stand a majestic sight

Each peak distinct yet part of the same light

The valleys below a mosaic so fine

A kaleidoscope of life intertwined

 

In this world of ours so vast and wide

Diversity abounds side by side

Yet, like the threads of a single rope

We're bound together a unity to cope

 

So, let's celebrate the beauty we see

In diversity's embrace, wild and free.

For in our differences, we find our strength

And in unity a harmony that length

NEHA BHANDARKAR is hailed from India. She is widely published Iconic trilingual author in Marathi, Hindi and English languages.  She is published author of 17 books in 3 languages. She is also a genuine translator. Her poems have been translated into French, Italian Spanish, Greek, Filipino, Polish, Russian, Nepali etc., more than 15 international languages and published in many countries. She embellished with numerous national and international awards for her consummate literary skill. Her literature has been included in syllabus of Marathwada and Amaravati Universities for M.A. and B. Com. Ist year and B.Com. 3rd year. She is a recipient of Hindi State Sahithya Academy Award twice, from Government of India. She is working in Life Insurance Corporation of India and as the best employee, 'Adarsh Vishwakarma Award' has been bestowed upon her by the state Governor of India. Her poems have been broadcast on Quichotte Radio, FRANCE and Hindi Radio, CHICAGO (USA). She is an International PEACE Ambassador of Global Nation, Bangladesh and Cultural, Peace and Humanity Ambassador appointed by (IFCH) International Forum of Creativity and Humanity, Morocco country. She is editor of international multilingual multidisciplinary Readers’ Choice e magazine for Hindi and Marathi section.
