I finally swim out and enjoy the taste of warm water

oxygen

 

before blinding gunfire amidst the misty clouds

 

I follow the winding path like a wanderer taking quick steps

 

among reeds and branches covered with leaves

I leave behind fresh footprints on the marshy ground overgrown with perennials

 

I felt suddenly

like a plant that withers in times of drought unchecked by greenery

 

not hearing when the loud bang shocked my next scenario
