Love is the moon of feelings,

love is the body of Afrodite

blue eyes from the sea…

Love is the heart of the sun

who became the passion of

City Without Melancholy

 

Near the soul of madness lives a happy city

the words, the pen from the idea transformed

in a poem parallel to the feelings of the city

City have soul, have feelings

city is the human happiness, the tree birds

the sky with blue and ...talkative clouds!

 

 

PETROS KYRIAKOU VELOUDAS

 

PETROS KYRIAKOU VELOUDAS was born in Agrinio Greece 1977, where he lives until today. He got his degree in Greek culture at the faculty of humanities of the Hellenic open university in Patras. He has worked as a radio producer in local radio stations while he publishes poems or humorus stories of his in Agrinio city newspapers of MACHITIS, ANANGELIA, THE NEWS OF AETOLOAKARNANIA, PALMOS. He was a municipal councilor of Agrinio municipal community, specifficaly vice-president of Agrinio town from 2014 until 2019. He was a former member of the Panhellenic writer’s union and now an active member of the Aetoloakarnania writers union. Poems of his are included in pan-Hellenic anthologies (NEA ARIADNE publications, poets-novelists anthology of Etoloakarnania during the period 1821-2002. He along with his literary work is included in the electronic PANHELLENIC Encyclopedia of contemporary Greek writers by kefalos publications in 2019. Some of his poems were set to music by composers and they are posted on you tube.Nowadays he follows a postgratuate program in preschool education.He is a member of the International society of Greek writers-DEEL. His literary distinctions are praise ih the honors in the first panhellenic prose competition, he was awarded among 1000 Greek poets, praise in the literary prize LARRY NIVEN LITERATURE of universal paths publications with his poem ‘’the last sheriff’’ ACTIVITIES-HOBBIES- Amateur actor, amateur hagiography, creator and reader of comics, amateur music radio producer, lyrisist.
