May the sun's rays always shine,

in your soul and never leave you,

you deserve all the happiness in the world,

and may only positive things walk in your thoughts.

 

Don't listen to what others tell you,

for many, language is a source of jealousy,

they want to hurt you to feed themselves,

but they don't know what strength lives inside you.

 

Only you know what you're going through,

you don't have to justify yourself to anyone,

who doesn't respect your pain,

doesn't deserve to be a part of your life in any area.

 

Live your life, because time passes,

maybe today isn't your day but a better one is coming,

you are stronger than you think you are,

and happiness awaits you at the right address.

 

Never repay evil with evil,

life itself pays for everything once,

it's yours to embrace each new day,

to live and to make your few dreams come true.

 

And the fact that not everyone loves you,

you care...and not everyone has to love you,

because not everyone likes even the most beautiful rose,

but it smells the same to everyone.

 

Emotions Of Life

 

It is not a shame to feel a dose of fear,

sometimes to be out of breath,

from the struggle you are leading, know,

the only important thing is not to lose your shine.

 

Let go of the tears you shed,

when it is hard for you, when it gets thick,

when darkness embraces you instead of light,

know that you are not, you are not alone.

 

Let go of emotions, do not hold them in,

you are the one who can endure everything,

both pain and sadness,

tears and laughter,

do not be afraid to be sad

because sadness is not a sin.

 

Life is woven from different threads,

so never hide your emotions,

let them live, because they are you,

do not forget to live.

 

May life be in the foreground for you in every new day,

wake up under the rays of the sun,

in every new morning fall in love.

 

Every night, embrace the shining stars,

because they know all your secrets best,

and close your eyes in peace,

DANIJELA ĆUK: The author's name is Danijela Ćuk, she was born on May 25, 1989 in Vukovar (Croatia). She writes poetry and prose and has so far published three independent poetry collections and participated in over 50 joint poetry collections. Her poetry has been awarded numerous diplomas and recognitions and published in international magazines and anthologies.
