Women Of June
Under the arbour
in June
Renoir’s little
girls
await the summer
in their light
clothes.
Wallflowers and
lilacs
and wisteria
eyes.
The women of
June are woven
into a garland
of desires an passions.
Heady scents
and fragility of
the flower.
Never give up.
The women laugh,
laugh
and toast to
life.
On Monet’s pond
June water
lilies
shine.
Blue Ocean
Blue Ocean of
tears,
what will become
of you
if we are no
longer able
to save your
creatures,
the divine
beauty
of your abysses,
the harmony of
silence
in the depths
from which life
was born?
You, spirit of
Titan,
child of Sky and
Earth,
in the eternal
motion of the waves,
between rebirth
and purification,
vastness of
purity
that rises
in the roar of
the storm
and calms when
the sun
pierces it with
its light,
hear us!
Let men still
believe
In the happiness
of dolphins.
