GEORGIANA-LAURA GHEORGHE

The Lily Of The Valley

Rings its delicate bells

Along with the rest of the orchestra

Even during April showers,

Without being embarrassed by the crowd,

That is gathering around to listen

To the sweet music of spring.

The wind kindly lends a helping hand

By spreading its sweet perfume in the air.

Soft to the touch,

Pure white as the maiden’s tears,

It’s a reminder of the happiness,

That only some of us are truly feeling.

Ode To The Peony

You turn our garden into a paradise

Together with your peers.

No matter what you wear:

The color of the snow,

A pink gown for the spring festival,

The rose’s favorite color,

Or the robes of the sun god,

You fill our hearts with love,

Urging us to dance for joy.

The Rainbow (1)

The result of Heaven’s tears being touched by the divine light,

The trail left behind by the messenger of the gods

During her errands to men’s world,

Nature’s way to cheer us up after a rainy day.
