Whirlwind Of Intact Beauty

 

Twinkling whisper

opens my life

with all majestic, magical

interrogative forms of realms

and I explore true magnificence

and magnitudes, in a smooth, glowing mood

of intelligent silky lightness

and true, shimmering fluffiness

of all inner dimensions of synchronicity

I awaken the original Self

because I wish to feel and uncover divinity

to get truly and absolutely affected

by that whirlwind of intact beauty

spirit in blissful dreams of my real fantasy

in a golden dust hurricane

of my interlocked compactness

deep within all my sublime wisdom visions

reaching my soul's real profoundness and ease

I equalize all vibrations and layers

and I surrender my very mere life

to all super challenging whirlwinds

of life’s intact, effective beauty

in a fire of brilliant rhapsody flight

in an intelligent, reagent bliss

 

As The Night Falls

 

As the night falls

the waterfalls of stars

fall onto me, crashes

of divine brilliance

open my mind's eyes

my heart doors widely

wildly and abruptly

 

In the safe ziggurats

of my deepest consciousness

my stable cognition

was fulfilled in its entirety

 

Flows whose roots can be traced

to the origins of existence

inevitably, this black velvet

and shiny diamonds rhapsody

that entailed celestial observations

was poured on me

and I was smashed by cosmos

surviving only in fragments

like in a soul explosion of beauty

as the night falls

onto my being

still mystifying me

IRENA JOVANOVIĆ was born in 1971. in Zaječar, Serbia, Europe, where she lives and creates. She is a Master of Ceramics Design, a painter, and a poet writing in Serbian and English. She has held 20 solo art exhibitions in her country, and created and is a leader of a Poetesses club “Blade” (of grass) in her hometown with 30 members. „Inner Child Press” from USA published her First Poetry Book „Let It Be “in the year 2013, and she is widely represented in many world anthologies and magazines with her poetry in English. In Serbian, her poetry is widely presented in magazines and poetry collections throughout her country Serbia and region, and she has prepared several poetry books for publishing. She is an editor-in-chief for the Serbian „Writers' Union in the Homeland and Diaspora “(SKOR) and leads its branch for the eastern region of her country.
