Wind and Navigator
I have not yet
abandoned the tales
I try to write
you a few words
In the way the
effort is made to stitch
in the bleeding
flesh
So I will bring
the first word close to the last one
And I will send
you this letter
As a bitter kiss
between our distances
***
I am writing to
you with rather simple words
And I would like
to talk you
about those who
travel through puzzles
and through
smokes of very bitter seas
Who respond in
the nights to the crying of mermaid
and search for
the other side of things
***
The sea is not
always calm
The ship is not
always strong
Deep wound
What we love
***
I speak with you
and like those
peasant women
when they lament
for the separation
They leave on
the wet ground
a branch of
rosemary
-as a talisman
for the journey-
And a ripe
pomegranate
Which encloses
their red tears
***
Some day
There will talk
about us
The cyclamens
the ones picked up
To decorate my
black dress
The springs that
you painted
in their mirrors
our internal pictures
Some day
There will talk
about us
all those which
makes the pain shine
like the trees
shine
while they bleed
from the weight of snow
***
In The Veins Of Time
In the pages of
history I spell your will
Your though and
your passion
I seek the
levers and the causality
The light sleeps
deeply in the hands of the night
***
To my Mother
Who lives in my veins
I asked you if
you are tired
The flame of
your eyes
Answered to me
No
Now, I look at
something which is simply a photograph
I try to unfold
the wrinkles of your forehead
To read and
those letters
That bitterness
carves at the edges of your lips
Strong and proud
in the thick fog
You buried your
blood
In a distant
mountain
