MILENA VUKOJE STAMENKOVIC

MILENA VUKOJE STAMENKOVIC

AN UNDERGROUND RIVER

Some rivers swim trought me
But I`m a subterranean river
Searching for the third river bed
In the middle of his pillow
I put my hand down
His hand covers mine
Fingers speak
More clearly than words
Emotions turn off time
Time exists no more
Only the moment
Eternal
Milena Vukoje Stamenkovic

A WOMAN

She came to be as water
With a round belly
With her hair braided
With her arms asking
She put on a dress with a smile
In her one eye spring
Summer in the other
While they stare at each other
Her body strived for strength
In one man`s embrace
Four legs
Just one coast
Sleeping
Dreaming
Milena Vukoje Stamenkovic

WHEN WORDS GO CRAZY

I`m sitting on the opposite side
Of the stream
I don`t wet my feet
They are the source
Of this river
Of memories
Of beauty

Madness
It`s with this word that we find
Answers
Maybe it`s the years that
Hide the answer in some
Forsaken place, long forgotten

The old age, so veryu lazy
Keeps walking
But in short spells only
Silent steps
I do not feel them
I do not see them

The circle of my orbit
Has shrinkend from all jumping
Jumping even into nothing, from nothing
Madness – is that an irony
With no humor or is it the beauty of oue bodies
Slowly fading in the colours of rainbow

The walk
Just an illusion from
Tomorrow
Or from today that we did not live trough
As of yesterday, I cannot even remember it
It is true master
