Multiplied
I am a
child-woman.
I am a
woman-woman.
A friend-woman.
And a
mother-woman.
A lover-woman.
A poem-woman.
For I write with
a quill.
I am love.
I am magic.
What more could
you ever need?
In me, you have
everything,
compared to
those who love you skin-deep.
For they are
only singular.
But I have given
pieces of myself to true love,
And multiplied
all these within my own being.
There is so much
of me inside of me,
In this one me,
in me—the woman.
Always longing
for kind words and tender care.
This one woman
in me can give it all.
And be yours
forever, belonging to you.
So just think,
Can just anyone
be magic?
But I am.
And I am proud,
for it is a
privilege to be this woman within me,
MULTIPLIED.
The Touch Of Souls
Though we
are far from one another,
our souls touch,
and caress.
They sing their
lullabies.
Sometimes
the dawns scream,
torn apart by
questions,
mornings shriek,
and a new tomorrow aches.
Of all the
pains, the darkness wails the most.
But the souls
have met,
and they will
again... in some new morning,
in some
enlightened hour,
bathed in love,
they will
recognize each other
to herald some
new versions of us.
