They Are Leaving, The Best Of Them
They are
leaving, the best of them,
With hands full
of calluses, like trophies.
On their
shoulders, they bear the pains of the soul,
With their heart
broken, like a sleeping sun.
They are
leaving, the best of them, going far…
And no longer do
they turn their heads back.
A piece of life
aches above their eyes,
On their
trembling lips, they hold their longing.
They are
leaving, the best of them,
Today,
heartbroken, they leave crying.
This time no
longer knows mercy,
As springs fade,
they bring winter and frost.
They are
leaving, the best of them, without a word,
For them, words
were so sacred.
They fade away
like the light of the moon in May,
Their sighs echo
like thunder far and wide.
They are
leaving, the best of them, with wounded souls,
Taking true love
with them.
They hang onto
life as if on a thread,
This time of
hypocrites is turning them into beggars.
Reborn The Heart
Don’t take my
sun…
Don’t turn off
the moon…
Don’t steal the
wind from me…
Don’t drain the
river…
Don’t take the
colors from the flowers…
Not even the
flying wings of butterflies…
The world no,
don’t strip me on that one…
Don’t leave the
word unfrozen on my lips…
Do not tear down
the mountains that are dripping with tears for me
Don’t cut down
the forests, bury the greenery today…
Rays of light
don’t disturb me…
Leave me with
the whistle and sing with me…
You brighten the
rainbow after every rain with a smile
What are you
doing to the man?? !
Dissolved, it
remained like a candle…
The old man is
gray, the young man is also gray…
Don’t grab the
clouds, the stars in the twilight…
Don’t strangle a
life with thieving hands…
What are you
doing to the earth, to the air you breathe?!
Over the edge, I
sit miserable…
Where did you
lose your smile?!
Family, joy,
forgiveness, where have you hidden?!
Land in misery
that snatched the sun…
He exchanged his
heart with the spirit of the night…
World, world
without sun, world without white clouds
Be born again,
it’s not too late to be born golden hearts…
Today I Sought Peace
Today I sought
peace on the wrinkled earth
Destroyed by
anger.
Today I sought
peace in the eyelashes that trembled
Under the shadow
of sadness.
Today I was
looking for peace
Within a soul
That cried with
the screams of a child.
And it flushed
the waterfalls over oceans,
scorched from
twilight in agony.
Today I sought
peace in a world aged by pain
That bore on its
shoulder’s hands, feet, eyes,
and withered
faces.
Today I sought
peace and whispered the truth
Of a world
clothed in pain.
Today I sought
peace with flowers in hand
Whose fragrance
has been lost,
Directed at
politics, states so wretched.
Today I sought
peace with eyes dressed in hope
So that the
rumblings and earthquakes
are not heard in
the silent dusk.
Today I sought
peace by telling war to stop!
Stop before the
sad eyes of a child.
Stop, not any
more, you have no time!
A new hope is
reborn, a new land is emerging,
clothed in peace
and light.
