Carved in those moments when we were together

those were signs that our presence was unforgivable

each time when I go to the same place

I was thinking about where we were, what was the thought

 

Those rocks meant our world, meant we had a lived episode

Nothing much just our fragrance our memories

I could recognize the sweat you left after we had the encounter

These rocks were witnesses our bodies needed to remember

 

I know I carved that face you have, you carved the heart for ourselves

I can't wait to feel that maneuver drawn there

Because that skin was undeniable soft and lovable

You always told you could feel my beating

My unforgettable breath

 

All I could ever know is that we have the unrealistic life no one else had

Let's keep it for ourselves and we might need another type of art like us

 

A Day Inside Kidney Treatment

 

Nobody could have ever known

What's like being a patient waiting

To receive their treatment and hearing negative information

Because the service could be uncomfortable

And the center protocol are insecure

 

Each patient who goes there weekly

Needs to have four to three hours of service

The nursing work is to attend 4 patients

The patients have treatment of three days or two days a week

So they must watch cautious the machine procedures

 

After finishing the treatment some might end convulsing or dizzy

Another situation critical calling ambulance

Because some might end unconscious

Why? The body reaction is different and could be fatal

There were necessary alerts to control the patient's diet

 

We have known there were people who have died

They don't respect diet neither the food consumption

Why? Kidney do not function adequately for some type of food

The organ can't process phosphorus, sodium neither sugars

 

If the nursing won't attend any patient could be dangerous for their heart

That's decompression and should be monitoring during the treatment

This is the imbalance of the body reaction which is the blood pressure adequately

And the consequences are severe

 

Very important to follow up rules

Not for the paycheck nurse they want

Those are humans who must have a medical service

Doesn't matter where you are from neither if you are rich or poor

Everyone has the right to receive optimal quality of life

 

It won't matter if you have catheter implant or vascular access

Those patients should be aware of the treatment they have

If there's anything irregular or something not correct, they should shout out
