The Calm Shades Of Evening
The fiery sky on
this placid evening
in the silence
of distant lights
recalls past
thoughts
hidden and tired
and everything
is as if waiting
suspended and
vibrant
in front of a
curtain of stars.

In This Life
like a castaway
I tame the waves
in the boundless
ocean,
where the
horizon
has no limits
and calm is a
chimera.
The carpet of
the stars in the sky
it looks even
brighter
in the rare
quiet of clear nights
when grit and
courage
they give in
to the illusion
of a placid pond.
