Invaluable in this world is humanity,

No race, no religion, no creed, no boundary,

Only oneness in this world is humanity.

 

 

Threaded with kindness, compassion,

Love, trust, respect, truth, and positivity,

Humanity is light of divinity,

For all creatures to begets and survive.

 

 

Humanity is human sensitivity to bridge up

Barriers of culture, race, tribes, communities,

Tribes, ethnicity, and nations under oneness,

Embracing all with love and compassion.

 

 

Removing hatred, greed, power, prejudice,

Embracing love and light of divinity,

Respecting and promoting unity in diversity,

Having sympathy for all creatures and creeds,

Are ambrosial virtues of jubilant humanity.

 

 

True Purpose Of Life

 

From the world of fantasy,

When we confront the reality,

We see people starving, dying,

In absence of basic amenities,

Our heart starts bleeding.

 

The starving face of children,

Dying and skeleton body of people,

Compelling me to abolish poverty,

Hunger and adversity from society,

In favour of divinity and sanity.

 

Being conscious divine troop,

Let’s make the life worthy,

Valuable for the society,

By educating the young mind,

For blessed and splendid future.

 

Let’s make the society shackle free,

Embellished with divine benediction,

Let’s serve the true purpose of life,

Creating symphonic and vibrant realms,

Making parched alcoves pinnacle of mirth.

 

 

An Invisible Cord Betwixt Us

 

Entwined with an invisible cord,

A magnificent magnetic pull,

Keeps my way towards you,

On a mysterious, unceasing path.

 

Fragrance of your mellifluous love,

Like soothing zephyr revive my soul,

Enlighten me under divine hues,

Gives me wings to fly high in azure sky.

 

Quintessence of universe reveals,

Imbricating with perennial love,

Giving the feeling of paradise,

Embellishing my soul ethereally.

 

Vibrant emotions bind me divinely,

With figments of amaranthine hymns, 

Ornament my soul with incessant love,

Divine benediction and reminiscent extol.

 

Emotions beget at the fathom of soul,

Keep on flowing like perennial fountain, 

Recoup and heal my indelible scars,

Touch the pinnacle of heavenly mirth.

ASHA ROY alias Asha Kumari born in a village of Samastipur District, Bihar, India. She is post-graduate in Environment Science from Sikkim and Manipal University, India. She is hard working, self-sufficient, rebellious by nature for justice, and always stands for humanity. She has been working as a Copy Editor with an esteemed firm Aptara Corporation, New Delhi, India, since 2008. She has been acknowledged and praised by many clients for her editorial works. She is a passionate reader, writer, and bilingual poet by hobby. She took poetry as her passion to better express her ideas, her thoughts, her visions, and her point of view according to her conscience. Her poems have been published in different Newspapers, Anthologies, Archive websites and Journal (Our Poetry Archive: An Online Journal). She is bilingual.
