KETAKI MAZUMDAR

Blood Moon

in case our paths never cross again

carry a bit of me with you...

maybe the fragrance ...

when last we met...

or a word I said...

in case our paths

never cross again....

touch me with your soul

guard it with care

wrap it with a veil

of mystical peace....

some bonds are without a name…

in our unity…

in case our paths

never cross again

we were not meant to be...

smile gently

if you can

let time go by quietly...

let this beautiful season drift by,

leaf by pirouetting leaf,

let the Red Moon glow deep...

in shades of red…

let our unity be a part

of this Universal diversity.

Aligned Pages

ancient wisdom scripts

knowledge strategies...

aligned pages of tinted beauty...

between the cusps of these thoughts…

I get lost,

in wondrous worlds...

I paint, weave, collage textures of wonders...

In a sense of unity…

a drop of silver mercury, like a dewdrop

trembling...

on a green lotus leaf...

naughty sunrays are caught in translucent dragonfly wings...

streaks of blue wings in a hurry to chase new excitements…

in a combination of diverse nature and pure thoughts…

rhythms of wildflowers dancing with the sweetest loving breeze,

splashes of butterflies alluringly hovering amongst an array of rainbow temptations...

such diversity in a spiritual unity…

I give form to all this beauty...

cup their colours and fragrances...

tremble… in the whirlpool of emotions...

into such a world of awe, gratitude and joy…

I gather my soul…

in a union with You…

in this lens of magical wonder, am cocooned in faith...

united and safe in a forever pure dawn of hope...

am drawn out of darkness… everyday...

without fail…

I witness here the unity, beauty and purpose of life…

am renewed, embraced lovingly…

aligned, to the Truth...

the written law of ancient wisdom…

that combines us all to You.
