The  beauty   of  rains  is that

It's  effect  lasts  longer,  soothing

Followed  by  a  multi-coloured  rainbow

Whose  sight  is  delightful,  meaningful  too

Seven  colours of  rainbow denots

Different  shades  of  life

Just  as  Red   for  passion,  vitality

Orange , creativity and  blue  for  spirituality

Different  colours are closely  related

While  green epitomize  fertility, growth, wisdom

Yellow  stands  for  Sunshine,  energy

The  colour of high।    spirituality , violet is there

Together they create an  alluring sight

Highlights the charm of  Unity in diversity

It's  golore!  matches our country

"Unity in diversity,," is the special charm of our country

Even  nature  expresses

Represents  sometimes

 

My Bharat

 

I'm a proud  citizen of India

A  country  named. " Sone  ki. Chidiya"

Country, praised for  it's. unique culture

Famous for it's  rich values  and. virtues

Which whole World is copying  anxiously

A country named " Cradle of Nature '

Has. Himalaya as it's " Ice Crown ' protects always

High. mountain range, wide  green  meadows

Rumbling  rivers, dense forests,  High waterfalls

And. What not, that  beautifies  my  country

My  country has " unity in diversity "

Each and every province of  my country

Has it's own  language, traditions,  rituals

Their traditional attire is royal and  different

Their food, their climate, their vegetations, different

Each  province has tribals  rich in culture

They are unique in their own self

They. are  primitive yet  accept  new  upcoming

Each  province depicts  a different vibrant colour

We  observe  and find that they are carrier of national  heritage

When our national Flag is hoisted, all together join under the same  flag

They  are different, yet  tied up in the same thread of  unity

All have same integrity, love and regards for the  country

Whole  nation well knit  in the same multi coloured   thread of  one National Anthem

Truly  said ,

Bharat  is the country of miracles,

MANJULA ASTHANA MAHANTI: An author, editor, translator from Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Belongs to a very well educated, respectable family of Bareilly U. P., She has been grown up in an environment of liberty and choices, she is a literature scholar and has encountered a number of poetries and prose, which helped her in composing her own masterpieces later on. She is the well-known and award-winning author of “Unnayan”, Manjula ‘s Potpourri, Iztiraab, Abhishap Damini ka, Vista Vision, Lassez Aller, Khatmal etc twelve books. Her latest poetry collection "Sparklers”, " Whispers of Stillness", संग्रेजे, " ऐसा भी होता है etc gracing the shelf of reader’s lib as well. She has been awarded so many national and international awards and certificates in recognition of her contribution to literature and society, includes International Excellence Award, Icons of Asia award, Women of excellence award, Gujrat Sahitya Academy Samman, Star Ambassader of World Poetry and Art award and so on. way of writing is something that we call visualized perfection. Along with all this, she is a very talented and very graceful speaker. She has been in several talk shows and speaking platforms to inspire and encourage generations. she has launched her new Ghazal collection named" Sangreze "' Is nominated for best collection in "PILF." She has worked as senior lecturer in the college and as principal also She also worked as district President of National Children and Women Development Council, very sincerely, she is a Rotarian and active worker for the cause
