Their vibrant and elegant fragrance

Through the cool breeze,

Embraces all, with love in  gentle ease.

 

People unduly stress themselves

To swallow the differences in assortments

When diversity beautifies humanity

With sacred resonant.

 

Thus, the world needs

A strengthened intercultural bond,

That would repress thoughts to divide

And reestablish that we can stand, side by side.

 

Despite our differences, we'll rise as one,

United we'll stand, beneath the sun,

Our diversity, would always be

a treasure to share,

A testament to love beyond any compare.

Runs the clock of our unity.

Our minds, beliefs

And views though different

Leads us to manage our problems

And heal our pain

In all their intensity.

 

Our colours differ

And Languages differ

Yet we embrace harmony of highest order.

RAJASHREE MOHAPATRA is a multifaceted individual from Odisha, India. She holds master's degrees in History and Journalism and Mass Communication from Utkal University, Odisha. By profession, she is a teacher. With an additional postgraduate degree in Environmental Education and Industrial Waste Management from Sambalpur University, Odisha, Rajashree has dedicated herself to social activism. She advocates for social justice, environmental issues, and human rights in remote areas through non-governmental organizations. Her passions include poetry, painting, and journalism, which reflect her creative and socially conscious personality.
