Adultery-1
The cuckold is
the last to know,
happy and
content,
living in a
world of appearances and dreams.
Never forget
that horns
that provide
food,
letting them
grow
is a symbol of
men
who have been
deceived in fidelity.
They should let
them grow
in honor of a
beautiful marriage.
You cannot have
everything,
nor enjoy a
beautiful wife
without the risk
of the horns
growing.
Will it be her
fault or his?
Neither of them.
It is the horns,
because they are
the reason
for awakening
adultery,
for the reality
of the lack of desire,
affection, and
love
between a couple
and partners.
Adultery-2
It is sad to
know that she has always been betrayed
by the father of
her child, by a man who
made her an
unhappy woman.
His disloyalty
became a habit
of lying, and a
way of living.
For him,
cheating was always something normal,
as if the heart
of the one who loves
did not bleed,
and as if trust
were something
that could be broken
without leaving
scars.
Everything
almost always begins
silently:
with a kiss,
a touch,
a lingering
look,
a body that
draws closer,
skin that
touches skin,
and a desire
that is allowed to happen.
Then comes the
secret.
The lie.
The concealment.
And, when no one
sees,
betrayal grows
like a shadow
behind
appearances.
Adultery
destroys bridges
built over many
years.
Bridges made of
love,
of complicity,
of devotion
and of trust.
And there are
bridges that,
even after being
rebuilt,
never become
again
what they were
before.
Because the one
who cheats
does not destroy
only a moment:
they destroy
certainties,
undo promises
and leave in the
heart of the other
a question that
remains:
How can one
believe again
in someone who
chose to lie?
The one who
cheats once
may even ask for
forgiveness,
may swear it was
the last time,
may hide behind
words.
But trust,
when it is
wounded,
never returns
with the same
innocence.
And the one who
cheats
also loses the
right
to demand trust
when they were
the very one
who taught the
other
to distrust.
A lie can last
for months.
It can last for
years.
It can hide
behind smiles,
behind embraces
and behind an
apparently normal life.
But no lie
can bury the
truth
forever.
Because the
truth waits.
It waits for the
right moment,
the right word,
the evidence
that appears,
the silence that
is broken.
And when it
finally comes to light,
it does not ask
permission.
It frees what
was hidden,
tears apart the
veil of concealment
and reveals what
time
tried to hide:
the truth about
adultery.
And, in that
moment,
it is no longer
only the betrayal
that comes to
light.
The truth also
comes to light
about the one
who cheated,
about the one
who lied
and about
everything
that was lost
along the way.
