MICHELA ZANARELLA

MICHELA ZANARELLA

COUNT THE TEARS

Count the tears

in this time

where the rights

learn to die

like fables behind the swings.

It clings in silence

dignity

as a truth that goes out

in the fence of a frost

which does not go back.

The dawns fall,

stumble promises

and life bleeds

in a world already wounded enough

which continues to dirty footsteps

to deceive days.

DON’ T LOAD YOUR HEART OF HATE

It's not the breed

the trace of the origin

or the weight of a color

to make it less human

my fate of woman.

Don’ t load your heart

of hate,

not advanced arrogance

rubbing her lips

in the distance

who kills.

Accept the palm of my hands

even if black,

think of the blood of God

that unites us

as knots of the same silence,

like heavenly feathers

dragged to the same fate.

IT’ S IN A CONTROVERSIAL LAND

It's in a controversial land

which is rooted in infinite tension

black funnel in war.

Where are the days of the sun?

Or the warm roads that united us

to chase dreams or walls

where to return

far from the shadows of time?

We have the same blood

eyes that speak the same pain

and no one wants to get bogged down yet

the stars and the wind.

CONTATE LE LACRIME

Contate le lacrime

in questo tempo

dove i diritti

imparano a morire

come favole dietro le altalene.

Si stringe nel silenzio

la dignità

come una verità che si spegne

nel recinto di un gelo

che non indietreggia.

Cadono le albe,

inciampano promesse

e la vita sanguina

in un mondo già ferito abbastanza

che continua a passi sporchi

ad ingannare i giorni.

NON CARICATE IL CUORE DI ODIO

Non è la razza

la traccia dell'origine

o il peso di un colore

a rendere meno umano

il mio destino di donna.

Non caricate il cuore

di odio,

non avanzate arroganze

sfregandovi le labbra

nella distanza

che uccide.

Accettate il palmo delle mie mani

anche se nero,

pensate al sangue di Dio

che ci accomuna

come nodi dello stesso silenzio,

come feti del cielo

trascinati ad identica sorte.

IN UNA TERRA CONTESA

E’ in una terra contesa

che trova radice una tensione infinita

imbuto nero di anime in guerra.

Dove sono finiti i giorni di sole

o le strade calde che ci univano

a inseguire sogni o pareti

dove tornare

lontani dalle ombre del tempo?

Abbiamo lo stesso sangue

gli occhi che parlano lo stesso dolore

e nessuno vuole imbrattare ancora di buio

le stelle ed il vento.
