SCOTT THOMAS OUTLAR

Sharp Curves

Allow me to finish this notebook

at a fine point/on a high note

Have I bashed/cursed the beast enough?

Dues are paid through resistance

to the methods of persuasion

pushed to keep the flock distracted

and not a single sheep that was spared

from facing the woodshed all its days

(broken down to component parts/

witness the abstraction of wholeness)

will have the resiliency required

to cast these leeches off in the end

Forever now

we’ll taste the hook

about

renaissance

and its many flavors

Any Means (By Kink Or Crook)

I breathe spring’s pollen

as if it’s manna from heaven

and let it sing through my system

while I listen to the coughs

being hacked all around

and long for the nostalgia

of a healthier age

but we are at the cusp

of interesting times

one way or another

There are no respites remaining

It’s a rough fall

down to your knees

when licking boots

and it’s a long haul

on up the mountain

to shine with glory

so pick your pleasure

and pucker up

I’m righteous

and ready

to place my lips

squarely upon

the face of the sun

so shove your claims

about stolen thrones

at someone who still cares

Of Shaking Loose And Shedding Fully

During this release

of darkness

it is time

to turn within

no longer needing

the reflection of mirrors

that were not presented

in ages past

finding instead

an inner resolve

and knowingness

as a pure source

divined inwardly

Intention   Alignment

Focus                   Balance

Magic                  Accord

Casting spells of intimacy and co-creation

through energetic outbursts and volcanic spiritual eruptions
