Music was the livelihood of many musicians

motherhood

a factor behind many songs written for conditions

brothers

sisters

became song misers, with new, creative editions

singing

together

became common as new songs came out in renditions

changing

partners

become more common as life created new provisions

stalking

happened

as life was corrupt, politics had its suspicions

bootleg

alcohol

opened up in prohibition, through definitions

dancing

dress-up

brought out new dances to romance for submissions

Charleston

became

a home to new dances of songs made for dream flowing

relishing

music

in song or big band sounds created overflowing

romance

springing

up as a popular routine left folks glowing

traveling

therefore

included music from all times, and easygoing

vacations

included

music and dancing that seemed to be more controlling

family

festivities

were warm and including singing, to be outgoing

politics

heated

up as Roosevelt brought the new deal as ongoing

warring

factions

wanted to own the world, as they began exploding

patterns

formed in a world that was getting set on paths behind

by some of the best bands and singers, were on the mind

singers and bands were driven into our minds entwined

were dancing to Gershwin's tunes till they became opined

caused fights over gals, that men were drawn to and aligned

a way out of reality, girls gave relief in kind

unusual rhythms, ragtime and dixieland were primed

up took the world by storm, and are always ill-timed

overtures came to be well within our pure delight

opened new horizons to a path to appetite

opened doors to novel ideas, and human's light

fantasy

doors to envision dreams of a creative space flight

led us down a path to searching for living insight

us to see behind what we wanted as foresight

Growing a family takes patience and time

making

fortuitous

decisions is relative to what does rhyme

older

brothers

seem to know more as they are past their prime

talent

teaches

others to stand-by, love is not a crime

battling

brothers

and sisters is common as they learn to climb

practice

perfect is a lesson learned for a dime

relations

develop

over time as we grow in a peacetime

before being able to play, not sublime

to a playmates house is giving you go

playing

blind-man's

bluff may enhance your skill, and your true flow

fistfights

breaking

out with brothers is what turns, come to blow

hunting

fishing

are what men do, brotherly love to sow

dating

to new horizons, to learn where you grow

schoolyards

beckon

children to role play, and begin to know

playgrounds

offer

merry-go-rounds, spin the mind to and fro

playing

sporting

events teaches men venture, have a foe

relations

helping

each other, part of growing up tall

connections

liaisons to new paths, for a place to fall

holidays

bring families together, festive call

attaching

cosmic

love is what we all want in our own hall

afternoons

are common after a feast, nap and crawl

festering arguments to find a live shortfall

fellowship

evades

the time that love has a new protocol

happen

to bring up new ideas to a wild squall

differ

in what they can do to bring in delight

illness

impedes

family happiness, and brings a twilight

is sometimes counter to a family's light

affairs

interfere

with a family's relations and create a plight

arguments are part of breakups, and flight

caring

options keep family's together, foresight

on how we get along, find our insight
