The Power Of Meditation And Yoga

In silence, I find my strength,

A quiet mind, where love takes length.

Meditation's gentle, guiding light,

Leads me within, to the depths of night.

With each breath, my soul takes flight,

As yoga's wisdom, illuminates the sight.

The world outside, with all its strife,

Fades into calm, and a peaceful life.

My heart, a flame, that burns so bright,

Reflecting the beauty, of the inner light.

In stillness, I find my voice,

A whispered truth, that makes my spirit rejoice.

With every pose, a story unfolds,

Of balance, harmony, and a heart of gold.

The union of body, mind, and soul,

A sacred trinity, that makes me whole.

In meditation's embrace, I find my way,

Through life's turmoil, to a brighter day.

Yoga's ancient wisdom, guides me along,

To a place of peace, where love is strong.

With each practice, I grow more aware,

Of the beauty within, and the love I share.

My spirit soars, on eagle's wings,

In the freedom of mindfulness, my heart sings.

In the stillness, I find my home,

A place of peace, where I am never alone.

For in the depths of my soul, I've found,

A love that's timeless, and forever bound.

For Some Clean Air 

Under A Blue Sky

Under a blue sky so vast and wide,

I breathe in deeply, feeling alive.

The air is crisp, the wind is light,

A perfect day to revel in delight.

But amidst this beauty, I'm reminded too,

Of the fragility of nature's hue.

The pollution, the waste, the harm we've done,

Threaten the future, before we've begun.

Yet still I hold on to love's pure might,

A force that can heal, and make things right.

For when we love the earth, and all its charm,

We'll work to protect it, and keep it from harm.

So let us cherish this blue sky above,

And all the wonders of nature's endless love.

Let's strive to reduce, to reuse, to recycle too,

For a cleaner tomorrow, and a love that shines through.

In this sweet union of earth and sky,

I find my heart, and a love that won't die.

For when we love the planet, and all its might,

We'll fight to preserve its beauty, and keep it in sight.

Graduation Sonnet_

When caps and gowns adorn the stage with pride,

And diplomas seal the years of toil and strife,

The world awaits, with challenges inside,

And lessons learned become the keys to life.

Thy future beckons, bright with promise fair,

And all thy dreams, like blossoms, start to flair.

May wisdom guide thee, come what may,

And success attend thy every step of way.

For thou hast grown, through trials and through tears,

Into a strength that conquers all thy fears.

So hold thy head high, and let thy heart cheer,

For this new chapter unfolds, and thy best years.

And when thou look'st back on this milestone dear,

Remember, learning's journey has no end here.
