silences of hopeful waiting…

Aid

written

with broken chalk

on a school blackboard

with spelling mistakes...

Disappearance of dusty

with torn book covers

who gnaw with bulimia

the sorrows of…inspiration!

Doors

You open with tired

key her

door

of yourself

closing behind you

an unfinished world...

You're leaving

you forget to close

the door

of your worries

the designed ones

but of your sad dreams...

You want to go into the house

of your joy

you carefully close the door

leaving outside to thaw

your feelings...

Maybe eventually

the only way

to move with ease

without labyrinthine doors of silence

is to leave them

doors of your soul

wide open hugs

to fill the sun of optimism

of your heart the humble house! -

Shadows That Bring Memories

Moving shadows

in the evening associations

of the moments

where the dreams

conspire

with nightmares

of obsession

to the impossible

nectar of joy..

Opening shadows

like window thieves

of your soul

while you surrender

in the charm of an immature night...

Shadows that give birth to memories

from the life that challenges you

May you live brightly

stars to comb

your tired...tears!

The Dress Of The Night

The dress of the night

embroidered with gold stars

a silent one

platonic love

who never traveled

in seas of passion

spring without swallows

of her joy...

The moon does not tilt

especially on the headrest

of the night

since the pleasure of one

philosophical coexistence

with bright solitudes

make the eyes of the night,

sweaty,

similar to sponges

who keeps track of them

and leaves a mark

her kisses

in his soul

unspeakable

repulsed by her

of the…inexpressible moon!

PETROS KYRIAKOU VELOUDAS

PETROS KYRIAKOU VELOUDAS was born in Agrinio, Etoloakarnania, in 1977. He studied at the Faculty of Humanities of the Open University of Patras, studying Greek culture. Today he works as a private employee. He is. member of the INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF GREEK LITERARY ARTISTS-DEEL, AMBASSADOR OF GREEK POETRY OF EQUALITY IN BANGLADESH. MEMBER OF THE INTERNATIONAL LITERARY ASSOCIATIONS WRITERS UNION, WORLD UNION OF POETS. He has received thirty international poetry awards from various countries. Most of his poems have been translated into many languages (indicatively we mention TUNISIA, INDIA, SPAIN, ALBANIA, ROMANIA, PERU, COLOMBIA, AMERICA, CHINA, JAPAN. Finally, he has worked as a radio producer in local radio stations, his lyrics were set to music by Greek composers and are posted on youtube. His poems have been published in Agrinio newspapers (such a MACHITIS, ANAGELLIA, PALMOS) It is worth noting that his poetic work is included in the great encyclopedia of contemporary Greek writers by HARI PATSI.-
