1.
I tried to cook dinner with flair,
But smoke quickly filled the whole air.
The fireman came,
I was filled with shame—
Thus ended my kitchen affair!
2.
I tried yoga to calm my mind
My body refused to be kind
I fell flat on my old face
Spectacles went for a race
I left the class half-blind
3.
I bought a new hat made of wool,
It looked very sleek and quite cool.
But the wind got hold of it.
I quit chasing it
Now it lies in a muddy cesspool.
4.
My goldfish stares through the glass,
Judging me every time I pass.
I tried to befriend,
But he won’t bend—
Turns out, he likes my class!
5.
I thought I could dance like a star,
But my moves didn’t take me too far.
I tripped and fell
It didn’t bode well
I lost my sole dance partner.
