Friendship Like A Tree
Friendship, a unique relationship,
Where two bodies, but one soul,
With generally common thinking,
Habits, outlook and even goal,
A true friend firmly stands with you,
Through comforts
and your hardships.
Based on a solid ground of trust,
Firmly rooted in each other's heart,
Mutual understanding, cooperation,
And mutual
respect is given thrust.
There is no place for ego,
Suspicion, self-interest are blow,
Regular meetings, communications,
Free and frank expressions,
A true friend will criticize you
And show your mistakes,
Will also
provide timely suggestions.
Friendship, if I want to compare,
Is like a tree providing shadow, shelter,
One of the best ways to serve humanity,
On a personal
basis or universal portals.
Friendship
A Priceless Gift
Friendship is a rare gem,
A priceless gift that came,
Your way, longer to stay,
Bringing cheers, no dismay,
Making you richer than the rich,
You have the privilege,
One may envy and beseech,
A matter of great importance,
Nurtured with love and care,
Maintained with perseverance,
Common thoughts, shared interests,
No place for doubts, suspicion,
Intolerance, abuse, disrespect,
A strong pillar of bondage,
Standing on firm footing of
Mutual trust and reliability,
Free and frank exchange of views
And expressions are its beauty.
