In modern garb,
a Brutus we find
Friendship
feigned, with secrets entwined
They know our
hearts, our deepest fears
And befriend our
foes, through joy and tears
With politics,
they weave their might
Influencing
lives, day and endless night
Their words, a
poison, subtle and cold
Backstabbing
trust, our bonds to unfold
They hide their
sins, behind a veil
Pointing
fingers, others to assail
Their betrayal
cuts, like a knife so fine
Leaving scars,
that forever will shine
Their legacy, a
tale of deceit
A lesson
learned, in friendship's defeat
Beware, dear
hearts, of those who pretend
For in their
smiles, a hidden end.

If I seek friendship with him, I need eyes moist with sincerity
I'm searching
for ecstasy, just one casual glance is enough
The noise in the city is increasing, now I crave some silence
Friendship
turned into enmity, I need some prior warning
The fire that extinguishes my heart's passion, I need that final cup
In this world,
there are many humans, but I need someone genuine
Why has darkness settled here? Now, I need some light
We're not apart, but a visible distance is necessary
This world is temporary,
I'm willing to sacrifice my life for the hereafter
