frustrations
eliminated
and easygoing

is in the mind
leaning toward
a less
materialistic
success of life
for the heart
knows

WHAT HAPPENED TO LOVE
And she weeps
for the lost souls
they had no
recourse
but to abandon the
now
their fears
grounded
and the final
moments
terrified
The hatred so deep
it crusted over
time
swells with blood
and anguish on its
mind
this is not a
place
built with pride
this is evil
With downcast eyes
and heads low
we take another
blow
this is not life
but we see the
sacrifice
what happened to
the gesture of
peace
what happened to
love
