Peace is your destiny whatever you do

Your ultimate destination whenever you're kept alone

Your serenity and tranquillity

Your peace of mind when caught in inner turmoil

Let it be your inspiring light on this pristine soil

Sun rays are scattered to launch this reviving soul

Coveting for a remedy to a world agony

Peace perpetuity is all that we yearn for

Look at your inside and try to hover high

Along with your endless say

In your poems many messages are to tell

The stories of the wretched, the oppressed and those oppressors

Who cheaply would sell

Their conscience and never foretell God revenge

NUANCED COLOURS

That work of art I adore

Depicts the many colours when life is sore

Though at one abrupt glance I could discern what lies beyond

It's beauty in its full incarnation

Cheerfulness and sublimation

The white and black

The blue and the pink

Separable yet , in unison they melt

It's what comes in between parentheses

Birth and death

Divinity in essence

The various colours that touch my serenity and wholeness

I remain faithful at dark and bright

SPREAD LOVE AND LIGHT AROUND

Let me spread love all over that noble land

Let everyday be a sunshine over desperate souls

Where bloom supersedes gloom

Rejoice life's beauty and glamour

Unity and light are my supporting delight

Hope and ambition are my guide

Unrelinquinched I will remain prone to life's abrupt change

But within deep my soul there still exists that unfathomable beaming light

Like a butterfly I will fly deep high

Rejoicing spring flowers and bright sky

Following its fluttering tiny wings

Tasting life's savour

Inhaling purity and untainted air

HAJER SMADAH

HAJER SMADAH, a north african poetess , hails from Tunisia . An English teacher  as well as a translator (French and Arabic). She writes in three languages .  She has a poetic contribution along with Indian one , in a book entitled ‘Eternal Showers’ published in India last September .  She took part in Tozeur International Poetry Festival  during last November. A member of a cultural association in Tunisia that will hold The International Poetry Female Festival in Tunis , Tunisia next April.
