Once Upon A Time
Once upon a
time, with a twinkle in our eyes
resembling
moonlight and a small gentle touch,
flickers awaken
amidst hungry packs of mermaids.
We used to skip
wheat fields and flower meadows.
We used to wait
breathlessly for the sunset,
running to catch
the breath of the wind while
he pushed our
longing into our palms.
Ants crawled
like leeches.
We used to
welcome the dawn,
tired, with
kisses arranged like a pearl necklace.
We once lived
our dream for life.
Now there is
nothing as if it never existed,
as if we had
never been there.
Too soon, the
cold froze our blood, surprising us.
Let's light a
fire. May the fire not be extinguished,
so that our name
and memory will live on.

It's Beautiful
It's nice to
know that you exist
untamed sea
waves.
What are you
doing under the baton
of the playful
summer wind?
You are an
insatiable seeker of sighs
on the bridge of
two closenesses,
and it's nice to
know you're there,
somewhere, near
the drawn clouds
on a crumpled
sheet of paper.
You - source and
outlet of solar flares,
mother-of-pearl
strewn on the shore
from new
expectations.
You don't even
know that the waves
tell loud
whispers forgotten on the stony ground.
Time reveals
untold things
that tickled my
scratched tongue.
You don't even
know, but it's still nice, yes.
It's nice to
know that I'm a caress in your heart
with each
rebirth of the day.

Silence
Let's
communicate through silence,
gazing at the
same stars under the vast sky.
I am on one end,
and you are on the other end.
So let's keep
quiet. Together.
Our words will
resonate through the silence.
Sit next to me.
Sit down.
Let your
thoughts expand, envelop me,
and be still in
the rhythm of your breathing.
We can't sleep
because the moon is more
important to us
than the night.
Let's be silent
together. By keeping silent
we will hear the
stray dogs
howling, their
throats starving.
Let's forget all
forms of
communication
without touch.
And come sit
next to me. Sit down.
Let's be silent
together, embracing.
Let's erase our
shadows.
There has been
darkness in our chests for too long.
May the days
dawn with peace.
