How Beautiful Nature Is

 

How can I run away from the nature

It is a magnificent in the lives

That should be coherent

All the leaves with the trees are blooming

 

They are like angels from radiant claims

They agree what I have glared

How can I run away from the nature

It is a part of the lives

 

While the sun is enlightening

From there I know God gives glory

That's my verse speaks

 

To know more and more

And trace back what the life is

That nature is for us at all

 

 

Don't Let The Earth Be Angry

 

When the earth is shaking

The birds will be flying

The sky is surprising

What makes the clouds wandering

 

 

Is that any mistake?

The ants and grasshopper are frightening

Which lands and trees should be climbed

No neighbors hear the voice

 

Only the sound of machine and technology be in mind

Is suicide properly be conducted

The angels are screaming from radiant claims

Wait until tomorrow

 

Godot will be coming down

No pessimism engraved in lives

As long as the blue sky provides glory

The man will be in peace till to die

 

 

The Blue Sky

 

How can I reach the blue sky?

If none of my deeds known

Only the sun provides lighting

That the earth will be trembling

 

While the wind is not blowing

To blow the deed up to the sky

How can it be

Without acknowledging

 

That the blue sky is not ready

To send the glory

Keep it well to be saved

The lives will be in peace

 

How can I reach the blue sky?

If the earth will be trembling

And say how cruel the creatures

That the virus kills all

 

Let them keep up the lives

as long as the world is not crying

Who knows the sun will enlighten some days

That's the glory of Almighty

 

 

Fire

 

The only thing I worry about is the fire

If it is not suffice to be tamed

Why is it so dangerous for creatures

This is not an argument

I consider it as an enemy

If it burns all what i like to have

And it will be a fellow if it is so small

How to resist it?

Tell me the way how to do it

The solution is much water to kill

The flames will be going away

The situation will be calm

SIAMIR MARULAFAU is a lecturer in Faculty of Cultural Sciences, University of Sumatera Utara, Medan-Indonesia. He was born in Nias, a small island located at North Sumatera- Indonesia. He has been teaching English Language and Literature for almost 36 years. He has written and published 9 poetry anthologies. Two poetry anthologies were written in English. They are entitled “Lighting” and and “Humanity”. While others were written in Indonesian language such as: “Cintaku di Danau Singkarak”, Kasih Tak Putus”, “ Bahtera Dalam Ayat”, “Taqwa pada Allah”, etc. He had conducted seminar as a presenter and speaker in many countries like in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, other cities in Indonesia such as in Jakarta, Banda Aceh, Yokyakarta, He is active in writing poetry and reciting poems in Malaysia and some other places as well.
