The Traces
Of Feet
I can still hear
you leaving them
going out
without me
into the world
They aren’t
falling silent
although frost
rimed hairtra
cooling the face
Translated By:
Anna Maria Mazur
Ślady stóp
Wciąż słyszę
jak zostawiasz
je
idąc beze mnie
w świat
Nie milkną
choć mróz
oszronił włosy
chłodząc twarz
The
Silence In The Garden
It covers my
feet
submerged in the
grass
of the autumn
morning
It has hidden
its look
that was waiting
too long
for an answer
Translated By:
Anna Maria Mazur
Cisza w
ogrodzie
Okrywa moje
stopy
zanurzone w
trawie
jesiennego
poranka
Ukryła w nim
spojrzenie
które zbyt długo
czekało
na odpowiedź
New Year
It speaks the
words
I am still to
learn
It calls the
future
by its name
It beguiles with
a promise
of different
fate
Although we
sometimes dream
about life for
an encore
Translated By:
Anna Maria Mazur
Nowy Rok
Przemawia
słowami
które dopiero
zrozumiem
Nazywa po
imieniu
przyszłość
Mami obietnicą
innego losu
Choć czasem
marzymy
o życiu na bis
