GEORGIANA-LAURA GHEORGHE

GEORGIANA-LAURA GHEORGHE

The Road

Whether it’s made of stone or dirt,

Whether it’s old or new,

I will follow it despite the obstacles

I have to encounter along the way.

I’m walking with my chin up,

Focusing on the task at hand,

Dodging the snakes that are spitting venom at me

And the stones thrown at me.

“Where are you headed?” People would ask.

They don’t need to worry about me

Because I already established a goal.

They should decide what road they choose to follow.

Time flies with the speed of light

Not caring about their feelings,

Leaving them to find the solution

To their problems on their own.

A Prayer To Saints Cosmas And Damian (Asia Minor)

(November 1st.)

Holy Unmercenary Physicians, we pray to you

To heal our bodies and souls

Those are tortured by the cunning devil.

Light our way to God

And strengthen our faith in the Holy Trinity.

Protect the holiness of the Christian marriages,

Give harmony to the conjugal life.

Holy Wonderworkers,

“Freely have you received, freely give to us.”

A Prayer To Saint Michael The Archangel

Supreme Commander of the Heavenly Hosts,

Fiercely loyal to the Almighty God

Despite Lucifer’s temptation to rebel against Him,

We ask for your help in these hard times

Where many seem to be under the devil’s spell

By cutting the iron chains through which he enslaved us with your flaming sword.

Clean the world of the corrupted souls

Those are staining the Lord’s creation.

Heal the sick so that they may join us

In the battle against the evil

That is plaguing us for thousands of years.

Give us strength to follow God’s path

And save ourselves from sin’s arms.

Oh, Prince of Light,

Guide of the lost souls

Out of the forest of illusions.
