IULIA GHERGHEI

IULIA GHERGHEI

The New Type Of Puppets

Let's live in someone else's skin

Let's deal with other problems

Different level of stress, maybe

Maybe a more relax person

Who freed herself from the anxiety claws

Let's pretend we are kind and compassionate

And the other person's dreams make sense to us too

For two thousand years you didn't grasp the meaning to

Love thy neighbour like you love thyself

The recipe to happiness

You are resilient in your stubbornness

Keep ignoring the other person

Keep spiraling in your hatred

Keep destroying your surroundings

Of course you trim your front lawn

You wash your car

Your nails are nicely buffed

Behind the posh appearances

A rotten apple lays though

Your bathroom cabinet is witness

All that glimmer, all those plastic smiles are medical induced

So you don't really respect the temple, your temple

So no chance to respect anyone else

My words here are spilled into the wind

We don't need robots then

Just well adjust chemical puppets

Following a dream they were told they need to follow

The Islandic Winter

The winter is lavishingly spread on the huge screen

Yeah, right, winter is seen only on big screens these days

Islandic movies, grey and dark ones

Perfect square angles

Lots of shadows

You sink in your armchair

Savouring their filmed winter

Unlocking memories of your past winters

The intuition of winter in the air of the last days of autumn

A very specific smell lingers the morning before the snowing begins

The crisp sound of the snow after a night of frost

The wet socks in your boots after a fight with snowballs

The taste of snow, even

The joy of all the white season' perks

Lost, probably for ever

Now we roll with an in-between season

What's next for us?

Probably a never-ending summer

The New World Of The Fish With No Tail

The fish with no tail and most bluish eyes ever

Was hanging in his tree, his new addition to the geography

One day, on a hunch, he jumped out of the water took a bite from a leaf who was just hanging there, inviting, seducing him with its green hues.

The sweetness was overwhelming, wings have sprouted from his thins instantly, a total transformation took place: fish and tree became one.

The world was sweet!

having this realisation, the fish with no tail was soaring his expanded horizon feverishly looking for his next transformation. The thought of it would give him rushes, a bit of an addiction, if you ask me.

One random morning, The one, as he calls himself lately, opened his most bluish eyes ever and started to whistle, just like that, out of the blue... Later The one will call it chirping, but you got it, a new transformation took place. His world it was now sweet and loud.

The story is long, have patience, my esteemed friends. A new episode will follow... And, no, it's not on Netflix!
