MILICA PAUNOVSKA
Not Meant To Be
I look up
and I just see
black line.
- It separates
the sky and the hill.
I look in front
of me
a lighted scene
stings my eyes.
Around me - just
the head.
Darkness hid the
bodies.
Sounds of a
violin
they soften my
heart,
and thoughts fly
far, far away ...
I wonder where
you are ...
I wish you could
only drink to me with your own eyes,
And I will do my
best.
I wish they would
leave me a kiss, but in a glass,
And I won't ask
for wine.
The thirst that
grows from the soul,
He is constantly
looking for a divine drink.
Your wine is a
drink I should have drunk forever ...
Because as I lift
the glass ,
As wine comes in
my mouth
I feel love
enters through my veins.
That’s all I know
for truth.
That is one
notorious fact.
And every time,
Before I grow old
and die,
I will sip any
wine,
Thinking of you
with all my heart.
Wishing you were
mine,
Wishing I could look at you and sigh.
You
You fulfill me,
You inspire me,
You keep me safe,
You have me.
You make me
laugh,
You please me,
You tolerate me
And you annoy me.
You want me
and you exalt me.
You enlighten me,
you compel me.
You promote me
Never leave me.
You are
everything that I need.
And more.
It is written on
your face.
To the millionth
degree,
To infinity…
Ice Box
Look at me.
I'm not what I
used to be.
I was obviously
living a lie.
I learned the
hard way.
Only when I
thought of you
only then I was
not alone.
Only you healed
me.
I believed in
something impossible,
I did not sleep
because of something magical.
I was breathing,
I studied,
I lived for that
magic.
I was planning
something unimaginable.
You do not know
how many times I imagined everything perfectly.
I knew we could
...
I wish we could.
Now here's an ice
box,
at the place
where my heart used to beat.
And ... I have
nothing left.
My only light
went out.
You have stolen
the only thing I lived for.
With just one
word you became silent.
In just a moment
the sky closed for me.
In just one
breath the kingdom fell like cards.
You do not know
... that I know,
that it is not
your fault that I do not have you.
And just like a
tattoo,
I will always
have you.
