The Future
Stargazers
Somewhere on a
meadow,
Timmy and Tina
are sitting on an old bus,
Looking at the
starry sky
That captures
their imagination.
The black kitten
didn’t understand his owners’ interests
On the fireflies
that were up there.
“There’s Canis
Minor chasing
The sly Vulpecula
away from the coop,” said the boy.
“I see Cygnus
racing with Draco,” said the girl, pointing to the east.
Who will win?
“I don’t want
Sagittarius to hurt Ursa Minor,” said Tina tearfully.
“Don’t worry.
Ursa Major will save her cub,” he assured her.
Seeing Timmy’s
stripped yellow T-shirt,
The Monoceros
thought that Timmy was a little bumblebee
And Hercules
confused Tina with a rose princess.
As the future
stargazers were so busy
Exploring the
celestial wonders,
They didn’t
notice the twinkling little stars
Those were
sprinkled on the grass below them.
A Palette Of
Colors And Feelings
I’m joyful when I
see the shade of red on Christmas,
I’m red as a
lobster when I suffer from injustice,
I get the blues
on a bad day,
The green grass
relaxes me after a hard day’s work,
The yellow sun
brings a smile on my face every morning,
My guardian
angel’s wings are white as snow
And he makes me
feel safe.
Inner Peace
There are times
when we almost give in to despair,
Blinded by hate
we do things that we regret later.
We use to blame
others for our mistakes,
Or take the blame
for others’ problems.
Hurry, hurry,
hurry, there’s no time to think!
These are the
times we all live in, but things
Don’t have to be
this way. We all can
Find inner peace
by accepting our flaws.
It’s a treasure
that can be unearthed with patience,
Let wisdom guide
us on this journey!
