La Nuit De L'homme
Come waltz with
me
I'll float in
your arms
and my scent will
seduce you
till your senses
swim.
It's a night of
seduction.
Give in to my
charm
reveal your
sensuality.
Undo your mystery
as I overpower you with my magic.
It's the night of
the man.
Surrender to me
as night falls.
It's a night of
seduction.
It's a night for
you and me.
The Gloaming
Hour
Twilight on
wintry nights,
a brief
appearance.
A sudden
luminosity enveloping the earth,
a delicate beauty
settles in,
a blue aura..
gossamer-fine,
gently stokes an
ardour.
The fragrance
hangs heavy,
the flowers catch
the fading light
and come into
their own,
glowing from
within.
The universe
pauses.
Daylight has
sweated itself out.
Night yet to
seduce
with her mystery
and enchantment.
The interlude...
when emotions
peak
and passions are
aroused.
Suddenly
everything appears in a new light.
A wondrous charm
is cast.
The breeze
touches our faces with cool fingers,
and a gush of
hope suffuses.
I light the lamp
in my heart.
It'll be chilly
soon,
darkness will
beckon.
A tiny glow to
cast some warmth
and show me the
way
when the path is
blind.
It's time to slow
down
and take stock.
Time to feel the
love,
the whispers of
the heart.
Play out the
passion,
soak in the
beauty that abounds.
Stop! It's that
intervening moment
when activity
should cease.
The blue heavens
beguile,
conch shells blow
in the distance,
heralding an
evening of peace.
Silence is
setting in
and the crickets
will be heard soon.
Hear the heart.
It too wants to
speak.
There's a bench
waiting.
I take a seat.
Meluha, My
Bharatvarsha
Once upon a time
in an ancient
land
where the holy
river ran...
for thousands of
years lived the simple folk.
With faith and fraternity
they built cities
and towns
filled with
people
from across the
land.
They merged with
each other
myriad their
tongues,
customs and
cuisines.
Myriad their
crafts and skills.
But hearts and
minds
singing a single
tune.
A billion plus
people
of all castes,
creeds and tribes
living in unison
a democratic
life.
The Indian ethos
unity in
diversity
a sacred pledge
to society.
