LOPAMUDRA MISHRA

LOPAMUDRA MISHRA

Litmus Paper

Because of my addiction to you

Every day I work out my best to prove

My worth to you

Because of my inclination to your view

Every day I collect and recollect some innings

To make you love, the precious you

Because of my attraction for you

Every day I try my best to bring you out

from the shackles and renew as a budding

in the garden of blossoming few

Because of the familiarity

I niche you in my core,

crave designs in litmus paper

to present myself and my worth

Because I feel you near me

So I paint my canvas with your drawings.

Their

The forest of their emotions

Surged to the level

In a distinct nearness

The mad impulse

Runs inexplicably in one direction

Preposterously

Meant to mingle in one route

Rapturously

Their melody is heard in the brazen land

Melodiously

among the breeze

creating magically waves

in their hearts.

Random Wholly

Stranded within the cru fix of words

I assume the slice and dice of strands

I resume the copious counterparts

I presume its judicious impact

Resonating my image dubiously in the tracks

I check the voice

I recheck the preface

Of all the by lanes and trance

I stand lonely

I reaffirm wholly

My views to be guided by judgements

Not by dreaded tally.
